This Codex of Ethics has been established on the basis of the agreements made by the Hungarian Association of Personnel Consultants to regulate basic moral principles of their operation fields. Primary tasks of the rules described and controlled are to reinforce authority of this profession in the market of workforce and employers and to contribute to process of service providers through its aspects.

1. Our company is aware of its roles played in workforce processes and in the rate of our social roles we are highly committed to keep legal regulations and law and have them kept.
2. In accordance with fair market behaviors, our company does not take any unlawful advantages. We do not offer or accept such benefits, which are not represented in the contract made with the client about the job undertaken.
3. Our agency is highly committed to manage competitive situations in a fair way, we concentrate solely on our own performance and we do not hinder, discredit our competitors and we do not let ourselves influenced by any negative attitudes.
4. Our agency undertakes such tasks and activities, which meet our professional competencies, capacities, possibilities and in which we have gained much experience.
5. In case we experience that our independence and impartiality are significantly influenced in a situation while we are commissioned to undertake activities, we are compelled to turn to the Elected Court of the Association of Management Consultants in Hungary to solve the issue. 
6. Our agency undertakes that it informs its clients about its methods, capacities, assets applied, work processes as punctually as possible and provide the possibility to check them. 
7. We consider it highly important to handle data and information about the job seekers registered in our system and our partners confidential.
