We have been recruiting candidates in widespread fields; from administrative positions to fields, which require special knowledge, such as marketing, sales, trade, finance, IT, HR, engineering, etc., in registered employment positions including middle and senior management. We have clients from widespread fields, such as multinational and Hungarian companies, service providers, producers, FMCG enterprises and non-profit companies operable mainly in Budapest and in Pest county, however our work is extended throughout all parts of Hungary.
We primarily begin to search candidates in our enormous database for vacant positions and out of our budget advertise vacancy without mentioning the names of the companies, which entrust us with this activity. We advertise our ads mainly on www.profession.hu and on our webpage. In case our client asks us to advertise on other webpages or in other publications, as well, we make a separate agreement with our client and out of its budget we utilize other sources for advertisement, such as newspapers.
We must emphasize that we make a personal interview with every candidate whom we recommend for companies. We test candidates’ capabilities of foreign languages in every case. On demand we make the candidates write different tests, which measure their capabilities and psychological tests with the inclusion of a psychologist and we continuously consult with our clients.
We take notes about the job interviews supplementing the candidates’ CVs and enclose them to their CVs. We primarily send these notes to our clients through emails in case they do not ask us to do otherwise.
Depending on the demands of our clients, we provide different methods for efficient selection of candidates from pre-filtering of CV-s sent for vacant positions to organizing and managing the process of Assessment Centers.
